Justice Kuldeep Singh of Supreme court who convicted Shri VC Mishra the present Advocate General having being suspended

Shri VC Mishra , Advocate General of Uttar Pradesh has been inducted on such a post , despite being convicted under the criminal contempt of the court by the apex court. However subsequently after the retirement of Justice Kuldeep Singh of Supreme court who convicted Shri VC Mishra the present Advocate General having being suspended for conducting practice anywhere in India while he was the Chairman of Bar Council of India on technical ground that the Supreme Court could not have debarred him from practice. Whether such a person like VC Mishra is entitled to become the Advocate General during Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav regime?.
Shrimati Sheila Dixit, the then Chief Minister of Delhi lasting 15 years duration was fined for ill distribution of the allotment of the flat under municipal corporation of the Delhi ,environmental minister Kamal Nath was fined for 60 lakhs but all these judgement delivered in the Public interest litigation by the supreme court were diluted during the tenure when Justice Ahmedi and Justice Shagir Ahemed became the Chief Justice of India and Judge of Supreme Court respectively. Out of 13 Chief Justice of India, 6 Chief Justices of India were declared as corrupt judges what remains else for waiting by the people.
