Politics is the art of possibility and the refuse of the scoundrel. The election in the democratic process are dependence upon the electoral representation and the representative so elected has been assigned with the responsibility by promulgation of the legislation within the parameter of parliamentarian socio-economic policy decision making process within the ambit of the constitution. Recently in the people’s union for civil liberty versus union of India (2013) 10 SCC(1), it  has been held  that the basic requirement of healthy democracy have to be sustained by having a positive “ Right not to vote” to be recognized by the election commission. A society is well governed when the people who are in the helm of affairs to make the statutory provision may obey the command of the “Law” .The law defined in multi dimension as if the statutory advisory shall not act with preconceived notion and shall not speak his Master’s voice, because of formation of individual opinion with the ulterior motive, itself not be considered to have been done within the framework and ambit of the legal provision made by rule of law in the society. The question arises whether the rule of law is something different than making of the “Law”? In the present context we have to analyze as to whether “Law” made up by the common man may have the legislative competence and if this power has to exercised within the four corners of our constitution, can rule of law may survive?.

                              The election process has undergone a miracle effect towards its objective and the people have now started thinking on account of steep fall in the value  of money and monstrous inflation having an impact upon individuals existence for survival has ultimately converted to the bargaining power being exercised under the adult franchises to ask for the favour and appeasement of the voter by the political set-up. It has completely changed the nexus between the ethics and the dying necessities. It is an Hobson’s choice to the voter . Thus the time has come when the voter will start demanding from his prospective representative in the parliament to fulfill his basic requirement at the time of casting the vote. Since the Samajwadi party ruling in Uttar Pradesh had given an assurance to provide the Laptop to every student free of cost but after coming to the power these Laptops were distributed only amongst the student belonging to the particular caste preferably to be a “Yadav” or a “Muslim” . After winning with the thumbing majority, the Samajwadi party had not allowed any individual to context the election from the constituency of parliament spared by the Chief Minister Shri Akhilesh Yadav in favour of his wife in Kannauj constituency of parliament. The Muscles man of Samajwadi party had forcibly stopped the prospective candidate against the wife of the Chief Minister even to contest the election and ultimately the wife of the Chief Minister  was elected unanimously  as the candidate in opposition was not allowed even to file his nomination paper before the district election officer/collector Kannauj . Is this democracy?. Is this the process to come to the power after befooling people ?

                           Shri Akhilesh Yadav had given 50 Lakh of the public exchequer  amount to the widow of Deputy SP Zia Ul Haq. Whether he can give the appointment on compesenate ground to the wife of Deputy SP Zia Ul Haq on Class II post meant for the recruitment through selection process and one more appointment to the brother of Deputy SP Zia Ull Haq under the Dying in Harness Rule after giving 50 lakhs , as the appointment is only meant to provide the financial support to the family in distress and not as matter of right by the gratitude of the Chief Minister. The murder of the slain  Deputy SP Zia Ulla Haq was given effect as he killed another brother of Pradhan , Yadav by caste. Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav got this gratitude given to late  Deputy SP Zia Ulla Haq for the vote  bank after fully knowing that Deputy SP Zia Ulla Haq had saved four Muslim boys committing rape and murder of a teen age girl of Mallah community who surrounded the mosque to get all the four boys given in their custody as they may take revenge but Deputy SP Zia Ull Haq had given the locuna to the evidence of the rape by manipulating the medical report and soon the four culprit of the heinous crime was given bail. The trial cannot be done as the entire villagers were terrorized by the Deputy SP Zia Ull Haq.All the cases of Courts Serial Blasts in Lucknow, barabanki and Varanasi were proposed to be withdrawn. WHAT ABOUT SADHVI PRAGYA, LT. CON. PUROHIT, Mjor UPADHYAYA under going preventive detentions from last 5 years with out charge sheet by the SONIA GANDHI PUPPET CHIEF MINISTER OF MAHARASTRA.  The question arises as to whether people elected chief minister Akhilesh Yadav in Uttar Pradesh as the Hindus may be terrorized, murder and humiliated by the hand of government.

                                  In Mujaffarnagar, there was the cold blooded murder by the people of Mujahidin Lashkar-e- Pakistan  when the Jat and Gujjar community citizens were returning back to their home from the canal and the bullets were inserted by the people belonging to the terrorists organisation and according to the rough estimate about 2000 citizens were killed from the mosque meant for the prayer of the Muslim. Minister Azam Khan  (calling HINDUS, HINDI AND HINDUSTANI GADDAR) and( ATIQ AHMAD killing sitting MLA Late RAJU PAL) through a telephonic message got nine hardcore terrorist released from the custody of police and when the media posed the question as to how and whose behest the terrorist got released then minister Azam Khan replied that some imposter might have used his mobile and spoken to the IG police for the release of the terrorist belonging to the ISI. In the refugee camp provided for the Muslim with free of cost food ,electricity and other amenities, when the media reported that outsider occupied the refugee camp then suddenly the Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav had taken the summersault and got the facilities curtailed as the Congress let by Rahul Gandhi became the sympathizer of the Muslim . Whether this the repercussion to the people that in order to save their sister and daughters, two brothers in front of their sisters will be killed by the Muslim having “Love Jihad” as their agenda of religion expansion then Government of Uttar Pradesh remained silent spectator?. Can we lead to the right direction?.

                 Madam Mayawati sold off 28 sugar mills in the cost of half of the price of the stock of the sugar lying inside these mills to Ponty Chhada and so may resorts were made for commiting the heinous crime. Mr Namdhari ,the bureaucrat IAS was the share holder out of the money meant for the payment of the sugarcane produce farmers. According to an estimate, billions of rupees are still required to be paid up to the sugarcane farmer who have taken loan for cultivating the sugarcane and harvesting,transporting and placing the same inside those mills but the interest of the amount at the rate of 6% per annum has given to these farmer from last seven years but the principal amount has not yet being paid and by that time the mills are sold out at throwing away cost. This was the contribution given by Madam Mayawati for uplifting the downtrodden class of the society to whom  she represented in the parliament. The horrible killing of an executive engineer Mr Gupta at District Auraaiya  by the MLC Tiwari, a close relative of Shri Satish Chandra Mishra having a nexus with Madam Mayawati is still remembered. The reason for the defeat of Mayawati was Mr Babu Singh Kushwaha ,Mr Nasseruddin Sidhiqui ,Mr Rajwar ,Mr Swami Prasad Maurya ,Mr. ,Gopal Nandi ,Mr Indrajit Saroj,Mr Rajesh Kushwaha and many other for indulging in corruption but the kingpin goes to the credit of Mr Satish Chandra Mishra who encashed the money by appointing the minister,advocate general other chairmain of the instumentalitty of the state of his own caste and ultimately ruined the career of Mayawati on the behest of Congress Party. It was on the instruction of  Shrimati Sonia Gandhi that the prosecution of Mulayam Singh and Madam Mayawati in absence of such sanction by the Central Government could not be given effect. Is it the representation of the people?.
